TV News: 'Parker Spitzer' only nabs 454,000 viewers Monday -- The former New York governor's CNN talkshow "Parker Spitzer" opened poorly Monday with only 454,000 viewers in the 8 o'clock slot. That trailed the 3.1 million for Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" and 1.1 million for MSNBC's "Countdown With Keith Olbermann."
